The Process

So, you think that the Bespoke designs may be the way you'd like to go... here is some more information about the process that we would follow.

-
2 further amendments if necessary
-
Choice of coloured envelopes

Please have a look through the process below or email me for further information.
-
Having looked through my ‘Bespoke Collections’ folder or my Wedding Instagram page, please get in touch by email or through the contact page on my website. From here we will arrange your free consultation.
-
Lets have a chat! I am happy to meet in person, to talk over the phone or to video chat, whatever you feel most comfortable with and is the most convenient. During the consultation (just a fancy word for a chat!) I would love to get to know you a little better as a couple and to gain a vision for what you are trying to create. Photos and images of ideas you are compiling, styles you love and anything in between will really help me here. I will fill in an Information Form to outline all of the necessary information and to record your preferences. I will email you a copy of this for you to approve.
-
From here, I will create some rough sketches of ideas and we can start to see the direction you would like to go. Once you are happy with how the design is taking shape we can outline our time schedules and I would ask for the Bespoke Design Fee to be paid in full.
-
I will now begin creating your bespoke design. This may include original hand painted artwork along with all the formatting and editing to bring your ideas to life.
-
Once the designs are compiled, I will send a digital proof by email for you to check and suggest amendments. You can have up to 3 sets of proofs included in the fees which in our experience has always been ample. However, if you need more than this, additional proofs will be charged at £15 each. The Bespoke Design Fee does include one physical sample pack of your stationery before you order. If you are not happy with this design then you can have up to two further amendments, as part of your fee, which will be shared digitally. Any further amendments after this will be charged at £15 per amendment. More about our proofing procedure can be found in my Terms and Conditions.
-
Once you have approved the design and we have received your signed Proof Agreement Form, your design will be put into production! Once printed, your stationery is hand finished according to your design. We cannot be held responsible for any errors, spelling mistakes or changes after the proof has been approved – so please double check and get a family member to help too! Once you have approved your proof, I would ask for the remainder of the invoice to be paid before printing can commence.
-
Once the invitations are quality checked, they are all carefully packed up and popped in the post free of charge to you, using Royal Mail Signed First Class delivery. Or, if you have selected our posting service, they will sent directly to your guests with an email to you to notify you of this.
>Please read my Terms & Conditions and FAQs for further information.
>Please leave 9-10 weeks before your print deadline to ensure enough time to prep, print and deliver your wedding stationery.
> If you need your stationery urgently and cannot wait for the suggested deadlines then please get in touch. An additional fee may be charged which will be 30% of the total cost of your stationery, depending on the arrangements you require.
