Payment
In order to make sure online payments are safe and secure, we use PayPal as our payment processor.
Therefore, all major debit/credit cards are accepted.
All online transactions will be carried out in GBP.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties
As we use a third-party payment processor, we cannot be held liable for any loss of financial information.

Delivery
Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to the UK.
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate form of delivery. Our preferred choice of delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48. You should allow up to 2-3 business days for delivery.
We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local Royal Mail sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged as a result of no-one being in on the appointed day to receive an order.

Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. Before returning any item please email first to confirm arrangements.
You will be required to return your item, in its original condition, by a recorded postal or courier service which you will need to pay for. This return postage will not be refunded. Once the item is received you will be refunded the cost of the item. You will not be refunded the cost of the postage you paid originally.
Claims for damage should be made within 24 hours. You will be refunded for faulty items along with the postage you paid. If you make more than 2 claims, we have the right to refuse to sell items to you in the future.
ALL CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.

Environmental Statement
We ensure all waste paper and cardboard is reused and recycled wherever possible.
Printer paper and card is FSC approved and comes from recycled stock where possible.
Biodegradable cello bags are used to protect all of our cards and prints.
Our studio and premises has been well built and insulated to reduce our carbon footprint.
Fabric and materials are sourced as locally as possible to minimise our carbon footprint.
Many of the processes for White Flamingo are carried out in-house further reducing the need for shipping and reducing our carbon footprint.
The very essence of White Flamingo is to reuse and upcycle and so the majority of the materials are repurposed in this way.

Notices
All items remain the property of White Flamingo until payment is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, without notice. Where a product is not available we will substitute a comparable product to the same value or higher.
We have the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Due to the nature of our products, all products offered are subject to availability, and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
The terms and conditions will not affect your consumer statutory rights.
